•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
•At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Performs routine laboratory testing of raw materials/finished products using different laboratory equipment (eg balances, pipettes, pH meters, UV/Visible spectrophotometer, etc).
•Coordinates with concerned department/s (Production, Warehouse and/or Research and Development) regarding release/rejection of raw materials/finished products.
•Performs sensory evaluation of raw materials/finished products.
•Directly reports to Quality Assurance Supervisor & coordinates with Research and Development Manager for any material and product non-conformity; generates report regarding any non-conformity observed on raw material/finished product.
•Conducts daily sanitation inspection and personnel hygiene check.
•Implement GMP, SSOP, Halal, HACCP and other established Food Safety Standards of the Company to ensure that quality and food safety of products is not compromised.
•Performs internal calibration of equipments.
•Updates database of Quality Assurance records (eg material non-conformity, product non-conformity, etc).
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY:
•Performs other duties and food safety related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
