Responsible for Batches analyzed correctly and released within standard time; Raw materials and process samples tested; Timely generation of reports per task; Systems and equipment calibration and validation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Perform chemical tests, in-process or physical analysis on raw materials, products, processes and critical systems.
•Compliance with Quality and EHS Policies
•Perform routine sampling and testing of water samples to ensure quality for use in the manufacture of product in accordance with relevant SOPs
•Testing and evaluation of on-going and new products’ stability studies
•Document all data in designated logbooks/test records accurately, clearly and legibly as per cGMP regulations and prepare reports of work done
•Review and revision of SOPs, forms and other Plant records.
•Perform required routine maintenance on laboratory instruments and plant equipment (equipment validation, calibration)
•Engage in employee involvement activities (process improvement, team meetings, housekeeping, training, documentation, internal quality audit team participation).
•Participation in EHS programs and corporate citizenship activities.
•At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•With experience in Analytical Method Validation and Analytical Equipment Validation
•Knowledge on GLP, GMP and GDP
•Preferably with Knowledge in the operation of major equipment: HPLC, AAS, UV-Vis, TOC and FTIR
