•Enforce and upholds all the GMP / SSOP, quality and food safety functions of the company within the Production Areas-Accomplishes required documentation duties stipulated deadlines: (Infraction slip, correction request, experiment results, Inline reports, non-critical supplementary docs. Other critical supplementary docs.)
•Performs timely & hygienic sampling of finished / in process / raw materials based on prescribed sampling plans for pre/post-production laboratory testing and retention programs.
•Required to enhance skills and knowledge thru (but not limited to) reviews of current SOPs & specification, attendance to seminars/trainings/meetings and other related activities; all of which aims to maintain high levels of expertise in the field.
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Science.
•Preferably with 1 year experience specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
