•Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering
•Preferably license Chemical Engineer
•With 3 years working experience in Food Manufacturing as Production Quality Control
•Proficient in product quality standards and specifications
•Proficient in verbal and written communication I reports
•Well verse in the implementation of Lean Management, Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedure
Primary Function and Basic Purpose:
•Supervise the physical tests and verification activities under production in accordance to the existing procedure.
•Ensure effective implementation of the laboratory management system in conformance with the requirement on the Integrated Management System.
•Supervise the quality and food safety, determine and evaluate the requirement for corrective and preventive actions.
•Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering and Maintenance in relation with test results and abnormalities of product.
•Participate in the plant’s Food Safety Programs such as Sanitation and GMP, Pest Control, HACCP, Internal Audits and Food Safety audits.
•Participate in maintaining, improving and implementing the Quality and Food Safety Systems in conformance to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC and ISO 17025.
