This position will manage Quality Assurance Testing activities for small to large scale development projects, incidents, and BAU enhancements. The role will also define and implement the team’s quality programs, processes, and procedures.
Attend sprint-planning sessions.
Attend daily stand ups.
Save all testing throughout the sprint.
Meet the developers for short hand-off demonstrations.
Attend sprint retrospectives.
Document test cases as lean as possible.
Focused on tasks that result in quickly delivering a high quality product.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing which may include Manual, Automated, and Performance Testing with a University Degree or College Diploma
Experience in the testing of solutions developed using a broadly implemented technology stack
Experience in delivering projects from inception through to post-implementation warranty using waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Experience in managing and delivering projects involving stakeholders from multiple locations
Experience in different types of testing (Manual, Automated, and Performance)
