About the Role

Manages a team of Quality Control Specialists, Quality Monitors, or entry level Quality Assurance Analysts. Responsible for quality assessment for a specific focus of the business, including monitoring methodology, quality scorecards, and reporting. Is actively involved in daily operations. Provides direction to ensure standards are maintained and recommends approaches to correct problems. Advises subordinates on complex issues and problems. Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective measures. Duties may also include: identifying and providing input regarding quality program design, performance trends, innovations, or necessary changes to improve quality or service levels. Communicates company and unit policies, procedures, and practices. Makes employment decisions and sets performance standards. Provides guidance and feedback to correct performance. Trains and coaches staff; writes and conducts performance evaluations. Performs analyses on budget, products, processes, or programs as necessary. Establishes root cause and develops cogent and comprehensive reports and recommendations. May participate in or provide analysis of special projects as assigned.

Job Description:

Determining root cause and identifying appropriate solutions to correct and/or escalate problems
Participating and leading strategic initiatives to support business goals and department objectives
Developing presentation materials in a clear and concise manner and conveying complex topics simply and reasonably
Representing the department or functional area at a broader level audience in diverse forums
Participating in talent acquisition activities

Market Skills and Certifications

Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (4 year course)
5+ years of experience in customer service or financial campaign
Relevant Work Experience – 1+ year of monitoring experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience or 3+ years of team leadership experience
With experience as people manager in the BPO industry
Flexible to work shifting schedule/s
Amenable to work in Taguig City
