We are looking for a SC Quality Executive who will be accountable to ensure that the Nestlé Quality Management System is applied throughout the Trade operations/Physical Logistics process in order to drive customer and consumer trust and preference and/or Quality Culture and ensure Quality Compliance across the internal value chain.

A day in the life of…

Supports the implementation of sustainable quality programs
Manages effectively quality crisis and incident
Ensures accurate and timely product release for DC transformed or bundled products (for Trade Operations)
Drives reduction of Non-Quality cost in operations
Leads the quality audit and verification to validate compliance to above quality requirements
Supports the continuous improvement programs to achieve consumer trust and preference through excellence and competitiveness
What Will Make You Successful?

Graduate of any technical degree preferably Engineering related course
At least 5 years’ experience in quality-related functions, supply chain operations, project management, auditing of management systems, training & development
With experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs
With desirable knowledge and experience in using LEAN and NCE concepts and tools
With a good background in Quality in a factory setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
